E3 VISA (AUSTRALIAN PROFESSIONALS)
E-3 Visas are for Australian professionals who intend to work in the United States in a professional capacity.
E1 VISA FOR TREATY TRADER
E1 visas (non-immigrant) are authorized for nationals (individuals or companies) of countries with which the United States has a commercial treaty.
E2 TREATY INVESTOR VISA
The E-2 Treaty Investor Visa is a non-immigrant visa that is available to nationals of a foreign country which has a qualifying treaty of commerce and navigation with the United States.
TN VISA (FOR CANADIANS)
The TN visa was originally created under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) between Canada, U.S. and Mexico. Although we use the term “visa” for purposes of this info, Canadians are not actually issued a “visa.” Instead, they are admitted in TN status if approved.
VAWA
The Violence Against Women Act, or VAWA, is a special law which allows the spouse and/or child of an abusive U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident to apply for a green card by self-petition. Through VAWA, someone can apply for their green card without the help of their abusive spouse.
VISA U
The U nonimmigrant status (U visa) is set aside for victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and are helpful to law enforcement or government officials in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity.
NATURALIZATION
Naturalization is the process by which U.S. citizenship is granted to someone after they satisfy certain requirements set-forth in the U.S. immigration regulations.
EB5 INVESTOR VISA
This EB-5 visa is a great option for investors and entrepreneurs to get a green card to the United States. With an EB-5 visa, you can live and work in the United States. You can also get a green card for your spouse, and your children through the EB-5 visa.
EB3 VISA
The EB3 visa grants permanent residency (a green card) to qualified individuals. You may be eligible for an EB3 visa if you a skilled workers, unskilled worker, or professional. You can submit an EB3 visa application at any time. The EB3 visa, like most green cards, is valid for 10 years.

Tina Ghomashchian is a U.S. immigration lawyer and the founder of TZG Law.
TZG Law is a boutique law firm that is headquartered in New York with satellite offices in Los Angeles, D.C., Texas and Florida. Tina‘s primary focus areas are: The violence against women’s act (VAWA) petitions, family based marriage petitions, I-601A Waivers, DACA, business invetsor visas (E-2 visas) and Employment permanent residence to the United States.
Tina is originally from the United Kingdom where she graduated from one of the U.K.’s top law schools – Dundee University Law school. Upon graduation Tina immigrated to the United States where she worked in the fields of civil litigation and immigration before starting TZG Law. Tina has a passion for humanitarian work and wants to incorporate her passion into her law firm through helping immigrants achieve legal status at affordable costs.
