E-3 Visa status you must:<\/p><ul><li>Have a offer of employment in the US in an occupation which requires a minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s degree,<\/li><li>Have any\/all licenses or official permission to practice in the specialty occupation (if applicable)<\/li><li>Job offer letter or relevant documentation from the employer to evidence that the beneficiary will be employed in a specialty occupation and will be paid the higher of the actual prevailing wage.<\/li><li>Relevant academic credentials<\/li><li>A Labor Condition Application (LCA)<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Unlike the H-1B visa which has a quota of 85,000 and triple the number of applicants applying each year, the E-3 visa annual limit is 10,500 and this limit has never been
